About

My name is Amanda Fishley and I’ve been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007. I am Board Certified Behavior Analyst (certification # 1-11-8492) and a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (#26). I received my Master’s degree from The Ohio State University. I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages and abilities in home, clinic, and school settings. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents.

Why am I focusing on supervision?

Providing effective supervision is a passion and priority of mine. As a BCBA, it is my responsibility to help create the next generation of behavior analysts. I have had the opportunity to research and conduct several continuing education webinars regarding ethics and best practices in supervision as well as developing curriculum for effective supervision. I know the impact supervision will have on you, your clients, and your ability in the future to be a supervisor. I will work with you so each meeting and observation improves your skill set.

I know how intimidating the process of supervision seems at first (accumulating hours, how to track hours, what counts/what doesn’t, where to start, etc.). I am here to help you!
